Rei Bespoke is excited to be bringing you our signature fresh-baked pastries and teas straight to your doorstep. We ship to four emirates in the UAE currently, and hope to add the remaining emirates soon. We currently work on a pre-order basis only, in order to meet the highest standards of execution for our products. Delivery dates are every Wednesday and Saturday of the week.

• We are delighted to ship the select pastries on this website to Sharjah, Ajman, and Abu Dhabi. Some highly perishable and fragile items may only be available to ship within Dubai. Currently, we are not yet able to ship to Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain designations, or internationally at this time.  Shipments can only be delivered to a home or office address, and not a P.O. Box.
• Estimated delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather or operational delays into consideration, which may affect shipping and arrival dates. 
• Rei Bespoke is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses or weather or operational delays.
• Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling from our third party courier.
• Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event the recipient business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered.
• The third party courier may require a signature for delivery at the discretion of the driver.
• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the contents of the package are stored in a refrigerator or somewhere dark and cool at room temperature, promptly after delivery.
• Since many of our items are perishable, we suggest you ship your order to an address where someone is available to receive it in a timely manner.
• There are no guaranteed delivery times of the day but in general items will arrive prior to 9pm.
• We take great care in packaging all of our pastries safely and securely for shipping. Once the items leave our branch, however, we are not responsible for damages incurred as a result of delivery mishandling (this includes mishandling by the delivery driver, delays or damages caused by inclement weather, stolen packages, and/or package refusal).

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY ITEMS?

We bake all of our pastries to order for shipping to ensure quality and freshness. Once your order is placed, we will try to coordinate production schedules to ship it so it arrives as closed to the Scheduled Delivery Date you selected at checkout (either Wednesday or Saturday). 

Please do note that while we try our best to ship on to match your estimated delivery date, there are no guaranteed delivery date nor guaranteed delivery time. For fresh baked items, we will bake your items the morning it is shipped, so it can travel overnight or 2 day (depending on the perishability of the product) to your door. Please note that your order Scheduled Delivery Date is an estimate, and we cannot guarantee the exact date of arrival. It may arrive early/late based on the third party courier's delivery schedule.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER WENT THROUGH? AND HOW DO I KNOW WHEN IT WILL SHIP?

We will send you an email confirmation once your online order is placed. We will schedule the production of your items as close to your Scheduled Delivery Date as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email with the tracking information. Please keep an eye out for your package to be delivered, as the perishable pastries inside are best consumed immediately.
